Feast or Fired Match: should it be brought back?

Should the Feast or Fired match be brought back & have a briefcase added with the Television Championship added to list of title shots? Also since the Knockouts Division doesn't have a alot of tournament matches or speciality matches do they deserve a Feast or Fired match where you either get a suitcase that has a pinkslip, a Knockout Championship title shot, or a Knockout's Tag-Team Championships title shot?

Me personally I want the next man that holds it to restore the same of respect & dignity that it deserves. I say Christopher Daniels is the man for the job. I never really cared much for Daniels because I couldn't gauge his skill level & stuff because when I started watching he was on his way out after Triple X split. I really got a taste of his potential during his last run in ROH (when he was with Truth Martini) & ROH Television Champion. He was the perfect heel & he felt like he was perfect in the ring & doing great. Then he comes to TNA & does a more phenomenal job here all-around & his best showings since I've been watching TNA (when Lethal got the Black Machismo gimmick, MCMG was in its infantile stages, & Roode had just broke from Team Canada & the hot agent & ms Brookes thing was starting). But yeah I think he's the best qualified man to take the TV Championship to the next level. I also like Austin Aries as a TV Champion to elevate the championship. Who do you think should be the next TNA Television Champion?

Do you think that Maxine is ready to join the WWE Diva division?

I think that she could be ready to join the division and could gain some more experience while in the division. As long as a onscreen character seems good, they would pull someone up seems like, and Maxine does have a good character. She is decent in the ring and looks nice and as sad as it is for me to say this loving the lagit womans wrestling, that would be enough to get her in the Diva division. I think she could be a great addition to the division and bring in more viewers as well.

What do you think and why?

Now hear me out im not saying it is the exact same storyline blah blah blah before people start to bash me but i was watching some youtube videos of old ecw like 1995 year and seeing AJ, Daniels, and Kaz reminds of 3 ecw guys Tommy Dreamer (AJ), Raven (Daniels) and Stevie Richards (Kaz)......especially how kaz is basically Daniels bitch lik richards was to raven and they are fighting the ulimate baby face in AJ lik dreamer was.....im jus waiting for Traci Brooks to get invovled so she can be (Beluah Mcgillicutty) lol.....but i jus wanted to kno if anyone else see a little similarities

Hello fellow TNA fans all across the world!

I'm Wes Kirk, you may know me if you viewed 411mania and read The Wrestling Sandwich article. You know, the one guy there that was constantly positive about TNA and promoted them on the site? Yep, that's me!

I thought I'd head to friendlier territory after politics (and maybe a check from Vinnie Mac) reared their ugly head and I decided to visit here and see how everybody is doing. Obviously I'm new to the forums but I'm hoping to contribute where I can, help debunk a lot of the anti-TNA nonsense floating around on the 'net and also to hopefully someday be a member of TNA Creative!

One thing I can share with you from my former employer is that there -is- a deliberate attempt to keep WWE as the top company in the Year End Awards. Several people who vote are on record as not watching TNA and despising the product and they are rigging the votes so a WWE guy will take it no matter what in April. So if you wonder why 411's Wrestler of the Week is constantly tilted towards no-namers and WWE "superstars" wonder no more. Pretty petty stuff, eh?

I look forward to helping spread the word about the REAL best wrestling company out there!

Rumblings of these feelings started to get louder after Ring of Honor ran their debut show in Cincinnati, Ohio this past Friday night and the card was a shell of the “normal” ROH roster. The card was filled with Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) talents, a promotion that Jim Cornette has been affiliated during his time in the WWE and most recently prior to TNA signing them as a developmental territory. The event was headlined by Davey Richards & Kyle O’Reilly vs. The Briscoe Brothers and featured a “rise & prove tournament” with various OVW wrestlers.

This report is coming out after growing sentiment from the Ring of Honor fan base lashed out in various outlets regarding the Tag Team match that will be headlining Ring of Honor’s 10th Anniversary Show in NYC. The match with be Eddie Edwards & Adam Cole vs. Davey Richards & Kyle O’Reilly. The event will be available on iPPV for $9.99 on Saturday March 4th.

Many fans are starting to believe that the promotion has gotten away from wrestling and traveled more into a “MMA feel” according to sources since this will be the 3rd time in 4 NYC events where Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards will be wrestling. Their match at Final Battle 2011 was met with negative comments from both those in attendance and those who watched on iPPV. A stark difference from the praise they received six month earlier for the tremendous match they had at “Best in the World 2011.”

The change has been met with some resentment from various current and past ROH wrestlers as Colt Cabana recently re-tweeted a comment from a fan about not being booked for the 10th Anniversary show “yet a friend of Jim Cornette’s may get a payday.” This of course is alluding to Dan “The Beast” Severn’s appearance at Final Battle 2011.

Various sources tell us that there is a growing concern and that it’s only a matter of time before Ring of Honor’s roster looks more like Ohio Valley Wrestling’s roster where Jim Cornette will be responsible for bring in “his boys.” Cornette was responsible for ROH signing Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin back in December 2010, a move that while popular at first, has turned negative in recent months from fans and some wrestlers alike. The feeling is if ROH can afford Haas & Benjamin then why doesn’t ROH go out and book wrestlers such as Colt Cabana & Homicide.

No telling where this story will go in the coming months but it appears that for the first time publicly there may be hostility in the locker room due to the SBG ownership and more importantly Jim Cornette.

Does anyone else feel that AJ either needs to go heel or return to the x divsion to get back to the level he once was??? Ever since he lost to RVD he really has been lost in the shuffle, he was the job boy for fortune and is now stuck in midcard hell.

I'd honestly like to see him align withy stiener or someone as a back up man and turn into an angry young man type character whos hell bent on hurting people rather then beating them. Claiming hes put his body on the line year after year for this company and its got him nowhere so its time to start laying other people out etc.

At the moment hes just a bland whiney face and when he comes out with them pleather pants on he looks like a jobber.

How the mighty have fallen, or is it actually a true reflection of AJ's ability. He's poor on the mic always has been, thus roode and storm took over on the stick for fortune. He's always come across as a little whiney and whilst he can deliver in matches with almost anyone hes slowed down a lot over the last few years.

A jury trial for former WWE and TNA talent Travis Tomko (a/k/a Tyson Tomko) has been postponed until May.
Tomko was arrested on October 11, 2011 on robbery charges, after allegedly robbing 210 tablets of Oxycodone from a CVS Pharmacy in St. Augustine, Florida.

Following the alleged robbery, he went to a nearby Chili’s restaurant, where he injected 178 “crushed up and melted down” pills into his system while spending 30 to 40 minutes in a restroom.

Gregory Iron is a wrestler with Cerebal Palsy & has a feel good story with media attention & all that other stuff TNA needs like exposure. Plus he can wrestle with his non-disabled arm & is pretty good. Colt is a Jewish comedic wrestler he's pretty good in the ring. I've seen his work on ROH on HDnet numerous times & he can wrestle pretty & entertaining. He's slightly less entertaining than Eric Young. I think he & Eric Young would be a awesome pairing in-ring. Your thoughts?

Three TNA Knockouts Starring In New Movie

In a press release that was sent out recently, Winter, Brooke Tessmacher and TNA Knockout Champion Gail Kim were listed as part of the cast.
