Did Impact blackout or sound/look like the signal was fucking up. I saw mostly all of the matches but have it DVRed so I'm going to back & watch the tag match. Open Fight Night sounds like a good way to do free monthly specials. But 1 question can the uncontracted talent challenge for a title? Or that any roster can challenge for any title or both? Glad to see they made the Television Championship relevant & more prestigous over night

Good episode tonight, the matches were good but not amazing. A Double/Double M vs. Ray/Crimson was a decent opener and Aries really made the match exciting at the end. The KOs match was alright but it was sort of a clusterfuck but then again what would have expected with 8 women in one ring. AJ Styles vs Angle ended too early but I can't wait to see their rematch in the future because those two always put on a great match together. Gunner vs Devon was average but I do love the idea of the TV title finally being defended every week. The main event was good but RVD alomst ruined it due to his incessant botching. The real focus of the show however was two things, Hogan's announcement and James Storm's promo which was just flat out excellent, plus I really want to know what is going to happen next since he just walked out . Anyways it seems like TNA is taking this Open Fight Night Thing seriously and I'm glad they are because this something I'm going to be looking foward too every month. People have been saying TNA needs to be less predictable and needs some changes... well here you go people your wish was finally granted. So anyways I give this episode of IW a 8/10.

Lately the bleeping has been real joke. Amateur stuff. It's like watching Sailor Mouth episode of Spongebob's Squarepants. I get it, must be intentional.

Another really good episode of Impact. Really strong wrestling matches, succinct yet detailed promos and a generally good pacing to the show. With regular title defences, a triple threat (rather than yet another FUCKING TAG TEAM match) as the main event and appearances from talent outside the roster on a regular basis...... it almost feels like the old TNA. Almost. Im still absolutely loving it at the moment, but I think Raw has put on a better show in recent weeks, which is a shame for Impact because they have been playing some blinders.

Now that was a really good episode. I'm a little more optimistic about the next few months of TNA than I was following Lockdown.

Ratings should not affect your opinion of the show.
