He also did Rhaka Khan.

And by the way, all bullshit arguing aside, good for Mo to even consider asking for advice. You know how many of these wrestlers are so stuck up their own asses *cough* AJ *cough* and would never even consider asking or even following their advice? This dude does it, he has legit passion for the business and is willing to learn. Sometimes that's all you need. Yet we hate on him? For what?

I applaud Mo for what hes doing. crossing over from MMA to Pro Wrestling isn't something that can be successfully done over night. Yes he has background in wrestling, which is obviously much different from the pro wrestling we are obsessed with. So he has stuff to learn. we all can relate to this bc hey we all have jobs, or at least plenty of us do.. when we all started do we more often than not as, questions.. it's that same initiative Mo is doing. Chances are he's probably going to more than just Sting and hogan so i applaud him for trying to be someone legit than the typical "celebrity wing"

IDK, AJ seems like someone who's taken advantage of the opporitunities he's had working with more experienced wrestlers. For example, I noticed a dramatic improvement in his promos after some time working side b side with Flair (his promo on Bischoff last year is one of my favorites from last year). Now Samoa Joe is one guy who I wonder if he aks for advice beacuse he seems like he's in the same position he's been in since losing the title and if it wasn't for having Magnus with him, he'd still be lost in the shuffle. While Hogan/Bischoff aren't popular with the hardcore fans, I noticed that the people who have adapted to the changes and tried to improve are getting their pushes then there's guys like Morgan and Hernandez who were being treated as "the next big thing" in 2009, but haven't done much to capitalize on it.

I don't get what's laughable about asking Hogan for advice since he could prepare him, give him pointers on timing so his matches don't look like they're obviously rehearsed. Plus he has guys like Al Snow, D-Lo Brown, Flair (if motivated), Pritchard, and I'm pretty sure there'd be some guys on the active roster who wouldn't mind helping him. I guess he'd be better off walking with his head down quiet, then complain that the big names don't talk to him after his run flops.

Good move Mo. Cause when I want to learn how to wrestle, the first person I'd contact is Hulk Hogan....

Well, if Mo wants to be successful and make money, then yeah the first perosn to talk to would be Hulk becuase he has made some money in this business -_-

Hogan was trained by Pat Paterson and Hiro Matsuda. Hell, Matsude broke his leg on the first day of training. Hogan is and was a trained proefessional wrestler. He realized that being a "wrassler" wasn't payin' the bills and put more entertainment in it and became a pop culture icon.

I hate this notion that people say that Hogan was not a wrestler.

He wanted advice for his in-ring debut. Hulk Hogan knows about 0 holds and if you count a big boot and powerslam, about 3 moves total. If he wants advice on how to fool people into still cheering you after you've done the same thing for 30+ years then yeah he should ask Hogan.
There is such a thing as story telling, which is done in the ring. I am NO Hogan mark, but the guy knows how to sell a story in the ring. On that aspect, Hogan is a guy you would and should want to talk too. If you want to be good and make money, you'd be stupid to not talk to a guy who made a lot of money.

I wonder if Mo will tell the same story Hogan tells every match.

Actually, it makes perfect sense to ask Hogan, I'm sure the guy has tons of good advice to give, but that doesn't mean you can't make jokes about it. The guy definitely has his limitations, and I don't think he would have gotten over as much if he didn't come on the national scene in the mid 80s when there were less wrestlers and more opportunities. Definitely less competition on TV. Guys like Koko B. Ware and the Killer Bees could draw a decent house back then for a C show otherwise loaded with enhancement talent. Good luck with that nowadays. Admittedly the schedule was a lot more grueling back then.

I'm not taking away that Hulk is great at firing up a crowd, but he's mostly coasting on nostalgia these days. He doesn't even get that worked up in his promos anymore.

I still think its a very good idea for King Mo to seek advice from Hulk and Sting...I just hope that's not the only advice he takes.

Whats wrong with asking Mr. Anderson? He can tell you advice on how to be out of shape and get away with it and he can also show you how to keep shoving a stale gimmick down the audience's throats.
