Austin Airies? I don't think anyone has ever simultaneously held the TV Title and X Division title at the same time before..

Crimson, Gunner, The Pope, Robbie E, Zema Ion.

I say if anyone needs a belt it's Crimson. His tag rein with Morgan sucked and made him look bad. He needs the belt to build him up as a great talent.

Crimson
Magnus
Robbie E
Robbie T
Eric Young

Id vote Magnus there. Oh and having X-Division wrestlers compete for the TV Title would be fucking retarded right now. They need to commit people to that division, not have them competing for other belts.

I'd say the choices could be

Crimson
Magnus
Gunner
Maybe Austin Aries, or Pope

In all seriousness the best choice as a candidate for a TV title reign has got to be Magnus. He is TNA's best prospect atm and has all the tools to become a main eventer one day. He just needs to get some time in as a singles competitor right now and the best way to that is by putting the TV title on him. It won't mean much but at least TNA can see what he can bring to singles competition rather then tag team competition which he has been wrestling predominantly since his British Invasion days.

I agree with you in both cases, except it will just as likely be Robbie T in place of Crimson.

Crimson needs the belt more than anyone. They need to make the most of this undefeated storyline. The belt would add importance to the streak and the streak would add importance to the belt.

But then we have to watch Crimson wrestle on Impact every week...the negatives outweigh the positives.

So, RVD is the first wrestler revealed. There's only one wrestler more popular than RVD, and that's Jeff Hardy. It looks like a main eventer is going to be carrying the TV Title. There's the importance that you guys have been hoping for in the TV title. Having it defended every week was the first step. I think someone with namepower is the next step.

While they might be going that direction, even if its him, its not the first time RVD has gotten a TV title shot. They could have a DQ or have it end lots of ways without a new champ.
