Just watched yesterday's IMPACT, it was overall a great show, but one thing keeps my mind confused:
What in the ever-loving fuck was about the last segment... This doesn't make any sense, the acting was absolutely horrible, the girl was pregnant, her voice was obnoxious... TNA should really cut the bullshit and end this storyline, it's really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really horrible.

Another enjoyable but at times rushed show, so much is going on in TNA at the moment and interesting to see certain members of the roster picking up decent victories (Magnus, Pope etc)
The final segment looked out of place on a TNA show, but it's interesting to see where they are exactly going with this angle because what we saw last night wasn't the end.

The end of that ep reminded me of the South Park episode when they rip on WWE's ridiculous Soap Opera angles.

The good - I got my Magnus fix.
Bad - Daniels interfere in AJ's match #1234, enough already!! that and uh.. where da fuck is Crimson?? and Joe job again.. ugh!
Ugly - No Rosita sighting... lol in all seriousness.. idk which was worse, the ending or Victory Road Main Event 2011.. o.0

Imo impact suck. The call outs didn't make any sense outsisde of joe calling out james strom. The matchs were average at best. The thing w/ brooke and the knockout was the same thing they did w/ HH. They killed the buzz of last week by stating that well not be showing the attack on sting on tv. In addition the fans chating "what" piss me of during the last segment.
The only postive was the open segment w/ Austin he gave the x divsion a good rub.

The last segment was bad, but I'm not crying about it or anything. It actually reminded me of the days when TNA was so bad, it was good. Besides, there's more to the story. I mean, whosthebabydaddy?

By gawd that ending was horrible. They rest of the show was great but holy shit they better pull some thing great out of this because it is beyond horrid.
Just end the angle anyway possible. Other than that, the impact product is outstanding.

An article from Pwinsider's Mike Johnson on why the last segment was good for TNA.

Mike Johnson is right (though I doubt people actually sat through an entire episode of Impact just to see where they would be going with the storyline), but I don't agree that this is the best thing TNA could've done.
Sure, TNA has created a situation where people are going to tune in to find out what all of this is about, but the problem is that this is by far the worst storyline in professional wrestling so far, with the worst acting and the 3 least interesting characters in the whole company (AJ, Dixie and Kaz).
The only reason people will occasionally tune in during next week's Impact (no, people don't watch an entire episode of Impact just to find out an answer to something that only takes 10 minutes), is to see how TNA will explain this clusterfuck shithole of a story, and then they will all go "holy shit, TNA is fucking retarded for actually doing that storyline", turning them off some more rather than sparking an interest in the product.
Yes, this ending did manage to grab the attention, sadly enough the conclusion of this storyline has absolutely no chance on earth to be good, so all the attention the company gets now will be focussed on the worst thing the company has ever done in its entire history.
For every few people they managed to gain for the short duration of this storyline alone, they risk losing regular fans. So no, I don't think this was the best move TNA could have done.
The mystery regarding Sting's attackers is 10 times more intriguing and has far less potential of losing regular fans (even if it probably wouldn't gather a lot of attention from the irregular viewers).

Don't show images of the three attackers is a good thing. Hogan saied it wasn't to make their pub but in the storyline, that will allow us to forget the attack and when they go back it will create a new impact. Much like WWE did with Daniel Bryan. TNA does well actually and I hope that will last.

The only "mystery" is who were the other two guys attacking him. Which is also pretty much confirmed to be a combination of Cliff Compton, That one guy that was Abyss on slammiversary, and Luke Gallows. I'm not going to criticize TNA for this too much though, just THANK GOD the HOF turned into just an angle and not something we actually had to take seriously. That's not a knock on Sting, he deserves to be in some HOF, but a company that still does shows in front of 1000 people at a sound stage? Lol.

I guess it's safe to say the ending made us all embarrassed to say we are TNA fans and it's obviously going to override the 1 hour 50 minutes prior sad to say but it's the truth.

If you read this I am sorry to say that you just lost 5 seconds of your life that you won't be getting back.*
