For those who enjoy the fantasy booking:

Create either your own separate promotion or a project promo either TNA or WWE and create it how you could like. Who would you want in the managment and what wrestlers from the "parent promotion" or the indy circuit would you want? As an example of you want to do a project promotion, think of a promotion like Ring Ka King where they can book some of TNA's talent because TNA is the "parent company".

Choose people for:
  • Managment/Creative
  • Announcing/Commentary
  • In Ring Wrestlers
  • Female Wrestlers
Be creative with this, and form the company that you would enjoy the most. Also, feel free to put yourself in creative too so you could have some creative control over the direction for the product.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For Management, I would make management partly me and someone who could manage the promotion from a business sense but maybe not a wrestling sense.
For the Creative department, I would put myself as well as Paul Heyman and Jim Cornette, but not Russo because Cornette and Russo would probably kill each other and I think Cornette would be more valuable to my promotion than Russo in my opinion. I would make the creative department a 3 part department so that there would be an easy creative system to find things that work well.

For In Ring Announcing, I would bring Christy Hemme in as at least one of the match announcers, and would put Taz, Heyman and maybe Jim Ross if I could get him as commentary. Taz and Heyman could be a great combination could get the crowd and viewers into the matches and having a hall of fame commentator like Jim Ross can only be positive.

For in ring wrestlers, I would make my promotion a promotion with TNA as a "parent company" and I would have (From the TNA roster in alpha order):

Abyss, AJ Styles, Brian Kendrick, Chris Sabin, Crimson, Gunner, Hernandez, James Storm, Kazarian, Kid Kash, Kurt Angle, Matt Morgan, Mr Anderson, RVD, and Samoa Joe from their roster. I would bring Chavo Guerrero in on an open contract so he could still wrestle with Ring Ka King and other promotions. I would also make two divisions within the promotion, Mat wrestlers and High Flyers. I would hold a 20 man invitational gauntlet match to bring some of the best high flyers from the different promotions and give them "tryouts" for the high flyer/Lucha Libre style.

For the Womans Division, I would both sign and start an invitational series to book the best woman wrestlers who have the talent in the ring. I would sign to open contracts: Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, Mickie James, Sarita, Traci Brooks and Winter. I would also hold a series and invite female Lucha Stars to a tournament of matches and sign the best of them to open contracts.

As far as who I would have going for what belt and feuds is yet to be determined.

I would create a company with TNA's roster, creative team, and management, and then I would call it iMPACT! Wrestling.

In my mind, it would be awesome to see a middle ground between WWE and TNA as more of a higher end developmental territory. I know FCW, OVW, and even ROH could be used for such a thing, but not like this.

World Action Wrestling(WAW)
Managment: In my fantasy world, I've got the money to persuade both companies to do this and also get them to lend me people from their respective rosters. I would be the one in charge, but my creative team would be some of the greatest minds I could think of.
Creative: I would try to bring in Jim Cornette and Paul Heyman. I think these two alone could produce some great stuff. Maybe throw in Dusty or someone else with some experience on the books. Then bring in a few inexperienced writers to learn the tools of the trade and even attempt to put out some ideas.
Announcers/Commentary: I'd have Corny and Heyman as my color team. Maybe add in Joey Styles and Jim Ross. And have a couple newer announcers and try to breed them to do things right.

Roster: I would focus a lot on tag teams and great in-ring workers. I would really want to build it around guys who have yet to make an impact on the industry. I would base the main event around Joe, Styles, Daniels, Ziggler, Rhodes, and Kingston. All six guys having their respective experiences and could help lead the way to building a new breed of wrestler. The next tier would be built around tag team wrestling. I would have Wrestling Greatest Tag Team, The Briscoes, Kings of Wrestling, and RockNES Monsters leading the way here. I know it seems odd to have the uppermidcard comprised of tag team wrestling, but I think this formula could work.

Womens wrestling is something that would be huge for WAW. WWE and TNA would discontinue using it on their flagship shows and would have it all redirected to WAW. Women like Kharma, Mickie James, Madison Rayne, Nattie Neidhart, and Gail Kim would be leading the way for the womens division.
